Hommy LLC (operating the HommyWell marketplace at hommywell.com) respects your privacy and processes personal data only as described here. This policy is effective May 17, 2026 and governs every visitor and customer.
What we collect
When you place an order, sign up for the waitlist, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact support, we collect the personal information you provide directly: email address, name, shipping address, order history, and any messages you send us. We log technical information automatically — IP address, user agent, requested URL, response time, error counters — strictly for operating, securing, and improving the storefront.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfill orders (including sharing your shipping address with the partner brands that ship the items you ordered), provide customer support, send transactional emails (order confirmations, status updates, password resets), authenticate your account, prevent fraud, and improve our service.
Third-party processors
To operate the storefront we share limited information with the following service providers, each of which is contractually obligated to protect your data: Brevo (transactional and newsletter email delivery), Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, email routing), Stripe (card payments and PCI-compliant card storage), our partner brands (only the shipping details needed to deliver the items you ordered). We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws have additional rights to know what categories of personal information have been collected and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory purposes. Account data is retained until deletion is requested. Marketing email subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.
Cookies
We set a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies to mitigate abuse and to serve cached content.
