Returns & Refunds Policy
Hommy LLC stands behind every product on the HommyWell marketplace. This policy describes how to return an item, when refunds are issued, and what we cover.
30-day return window
You may return most products within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the order code. Perishable goods, opened consumables, and sealed-for-hygiene items (intimate, oral, and personal-care products once the seal is broken) are not returnable.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with: (1) your order code (e.g. HW-XXXXXXX), (2) the items you wish to return, (3) the reason for the return. Our team will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address of the partner brand for return.
Return shipping
For non-defective items, return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, Hommy LLC covers return shipping and issues a prepaid label.
Refund timing
Once the partner brand confirms receipt of the returned item in eligible condition, your refund is processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe card refund).
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly — instead, return the original item and place a new order for the desired one. This keeps tracking and refunds clean.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the partner brand has handed the package to the carrier. Email [email protected] with your order code as soon as possible.
Damaged or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, photograph the issue and email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
