Shipping Policy

Hommy LLC ships every order on the HommyWell marketplace to addresses in the United States. Shipping is handled by our partner brands and tracked end-to-end.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Processing time

Order processing begins immediately after payment confirmation. Card payments are confirmed by Stripe in seconds. Partner brands pick, pack, and hand off to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the shipping label is generated.

Delivery time

Standard domestic shipping arrives in 3–10 business days from the moment the carrier picks up the package. Some bulky or refrigerated items may take longer. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories typically take an additional 2–5 business days.

Carriers

Partner brands use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express depending on the package size and destination. Tracking is provided for every order.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email [email protected] with your order code. We will open a trace with the carrier and either reship at our cost or refund in full.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. We cannot guarantee address corrections once an order has been handed to the partner brand. Email [email protected] immediately if you spot an error.
