These Terms govern your use of the HommyWell marketplace, operated by Hommy LLC. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
HommyWell is an online marketplace operated by Hommy LLC (United States). We curate independent wellness, body care, food, and home brands and aggregate them under one checkout. Orders are fulfilled directly by the partner brand.
Orders, prices and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Order confirmation does not guarantee shipment; orders may be cancelled if the item becomes unavailable, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud — in all such cases, any payment will be refunded in full.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Card payments are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers in raw form.
Shipping
Hommy LLC ships to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states. Shipping times depend on the partner brand fulfilling the order and the carrier they use. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. We are not liable for carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Returns and refunds
See our separate Returns Policy at /returns for the complete process. Most items are returnable within 30 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are issued in the same currency used for payment.
Acceptable use
Do not use our service to commit fraud, harvest data, send spam, attempt to compromise the platform, or violate any applicable U.S. law. We may terminate access for repeated abuse.
Disclaimers
Products are sold as supplied by their manufacturer. Wellness, supplement, and skincare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith first by email; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms; the effective date will be updated. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance.
