This raw peanut butter, aromatic and earthy. The unroasted peanut butter is loaded with 40% heart healthy oleic acid and 26% protein (including amino acids like methionine). T hese jungle peanuts are a non-hybridized peanut from the rainforest. They are an original heirloom variety provided by the Shuar indigenous people. Raw Peanut Butter Unlike conventional peanuts, jungle peanuts are grown organically and are free from aflatoxins, making them potentially safer for consumption. They are a good source of plant-based protein, healthy fats, and various nutrients like vitamin E, magnesium, and niacin. The Process to Make Raw Peanut Butter: The peanuts are sourced by working directly with the growers/harvesters in the Amazon Rainforest and transporting them to a grinding facility in Quito Ecuador. The unroasted peanut butter is then made by first shelling the peanuts (which is challenging raw), and then grinding them low temperature so it is still a genuinely Peanut Butter from Raw Peanuts. It is fresh, small batch, and traced from start to finish for mycotoxins, aflatoxins, and heavy metals. Then it is shipped, ready to go from Quito Ecuador, to Lansing Michigan.
