Shipping & Returns

Every product is made to order and shipped from our partner laboratory in the European Union. Production and dispatch usually take 3–7 business days; delivery times depend on the destination.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to hello@hommywell.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
